I have been going to Perferred for years and once again I am very pleased ! They are informative and on time . I got a ride after dropping off and the car delivered because I did not have a ride back . 5 STARS not enough to rate them !!

Always drove by this place but never had a reason to check them out until now. I got to say this place and their workers is very impressive, I'm pleased with the work they did on my car, and will be going back for all my car needs. If a person is in need of a mechanic shop with good work being done, this is the place to check out and everyone of them was sweet and friendly.

My AC went without any warning. Just as it went I saw preferred automotive ac repair. This happened on a Friday. Had to take my suv I'm on a Monday. You know we have had dog days of summer . So no matter the cost I needed the ac fixed. They are located a few blocks from me. Joe was very nice. All the guys were older gentlemen in which I like so they know about cars over the years. They gave me shuttle service to and from my home. My suv was ready that Tuesday. Definitely pleased .

Joe and his staff were very helpful and honest with repairing my Nissan. I was also grateful of the loaner car I was able to use so i could still take care of my family. It’s refreshing to know top notch service like this still exists!!!
