Thanks So much for taking Care of my vehicle. Youre Always there in Times of need. I dont need to missed my work, for my vehicle to be fixed. Very convinient. Its closed to my job and Its just a walking distances . All the Preffered Automotive Specialist Staff are So nice and kind to me.

Took my 4runner to Preferred Auto for lube and inspection, turn out I needed rear brake job( the works) , they found some unsafe workmanship done to it by another shop few years back, Tom Palermo fixed it the way it should be. I'm very satisfied with the repairs. This place is one of kind, personal service to all customers, they really do care, which is rare nowadays.

I waited for few hours of Service, and I made progress on my homework for School. Preffered Automotive Specialist completed my State Inspection and gave me an awesome discount, and gift Cards. Now, I don’t need to worry driving or travelling on the Road. Thanks So Much for your AWESOME Service.

You keep me updated of whats going on, on my car, while Its being repaired. Youve provided me with the loaners car in order for me to get around, and that was a Big HELP for me. If it wasnt for the loaners car, I would be stucked and woulnt be able to Go to work, School and some other places that I need to Go. I am So HAPPY with the outcome of my vehicle.
