I took my car in for its routine oil change and found out there was an additional issue with the car. Preferred took the time to explain the issue in terms I could understand. The repairs were made within a very reasonable timeframe. My car is now driving better than ever. They even took the time to detail it! Great service!!

Customer safety is very important to us. When ever a vehicle comes in it is checked thoroughly, even when it only comes in for an oil change. We wash vehicles (weather permitting) to keep our customers happy. We appreciate your comments and hope to see you again soon.

Everything was great from the moment I dropped off my vehicle to the time I picked it up: The customer service, the driving me home, the cost. Would definitely use again.
