My brother and I bought a truck from this company on Ebay. We live in Tennessee and drove about 8 hours to get the truck. Paula and the rest of the staff were very helpful during the entire process and everything went much smoother than we had anticipated. Before we left she called and helped with the GPS coordinates and we had no problems getting to the shop. We arrived a day earlier than we had planned but she was still able drive us around and get everything squared away. She even helped out with our hotel arrangements and directions. As my dad said "Treated us like royalty." The truck was exactly as advertised and made trip back to Tennessee without any problems. We were very impressed with the service and friendly staff.

The Preferred team treated me and my car with care and respect, and gave me a loaner to drive. That's not something everyone would do for the owner of a 17 year old car with over 210,00 miles on it.

Really bad shop, nobody in there really cares about you , especially guy name David , he is a real big one, never gave me the chance to show the shop my skill, they like to judge of your looks, I can tell cause they have nobody in there is new ,

I had a problem with my A/C fan where it was running loudly and was slightly pulling my car while idling. I dropped my car of before heading into work and they gave me a loaner car for the day. I picked up my car just before 5pm and not only was the problem fixed, but my car was as clean as when I first picked it up from the dealership. Thanks Nicole.
