I enjoy working with Preferred auto because they are courteous and true professionals. Every time I send one of my vehicles in for service, its comes back clean while running better than ever. The pick up and delivery of my vehicles is outstanding! I don't have to take away from my day or pull another driver off his or her route to drop off a vehicle.

My car was significantly damaged by an oil cap that was left unsecured. Though the repair was rather significant, I was able to make a safe trip from Philly to Florida.

After the oil cap in my car was not secured by another oil change facility, oil spewed all over the inside of the engine compartment. It could have been disastrous, but the staff at Preferred Automotive did a spectacular job cleaning it, completing an oil change, and conducting my state inspection in record time. I would happily recommend this station to friends and family.
