Stopped in to see what was causing my tire pressure warning to light up although the tires were not too low. The technician checked all four tires AND my spare; made sure all pressures were correct, and used the computer codes to determine that the sensors in two wheels had failed, probably because their batteries died. (I never knew that was even a possibility!) Based on the high cost of new sensors, I decided that I’d continue to check my tires manually, as I had been doing for the last 50 years. No pressure to have the sensors repaired; just honest and accurate information. That’s why I’m such a loyal customer for over 20 years.

Your customer service is outstanding, very courteous and informative, however, it was very unfortunate that the weather precluded my repairs from being completed during my initial visit. I will return!

I just moved to Philadelphia and have had other repair shops try and get over when falsely diagnosing and repairing my BMW. I am so grateful for Perferred Auto! When I arrived, I was greeted by Sarah and a friendly staff. She listened to my issue and promised to take care of me, and that she did. I will not go anywhere else to have my vehicle serviced. I felt like family. If you aren't bringing your vehicle to Preferred Auto, you are missing out! The Preferred Auto staff are professional and friendly.
