I just moved to Philadelphia and have had other repair shops try and get over when falsely diagnosing and repairing my BMW. I am so grateful for Perferred Auto! When I arrived, I was greeted by Sarah and a friendly staff. She listened to my issue and promised to take care of me, and that she did. I will not go anywhere else to have my vehicle serviced. I felt like family. If you aren't bringing your vehicle to Preferred Auto, you are missing out! The Preferred Auto staff are professional and friendly. Their technicians are knowledgeable, and very thorough, and their prices are fair. If you want exceptional service, I highly recommend Perferred Auto!!

From the most simple task, like leaking tires, which can be complicated , are handled with the most efficiency to resolve the problem. The staff is very helpful and get the job done.

Diagnosis of our check engine light 2012 Freightliner Sprinter. Honest and efficient. Didn’t have time to order parts as we’re travelling, so no charge for diagnosis. Assistant manager Ashley & diesel tech - many thanks.
