The fall safety check is well worth the money. Their new vehicle condition report that can be emailed to you and you can see - the good, the bad and the ugly - of exactly what's recommended and what really needs immediate attention is great!!! Preferred has kept my car running since 2011, and I appreciate what they do. Staff were very nice to my wife in the morning. With a bad set of tires. New ones had to be delivered. They drove my wife home so she didn’t have to wait. The car was ready by to be end of the day. Thanks

Front office staff are very polite. Dropped at 0800 and it was done by 11 AM. I then picked up after work. Quick and reliable service with fair pricing - definitely recommend this garage. I will continue using it while working in NE Philly.

Make an appointment the day prior. Dropped off in the morning and walked over to work. Called me a little before 11 AM and it was done already. Picked up at the end of the day. Fair pricing and I will keep using them for any service I need. Very accommodating and all front office staff are polite. Definitely recommend.
