This company is very professional. All of the people from the receptionist to the workers are very kind and respectful . I felt that they really cared about what needed to be done to my vehicle.

Front office staff are very polite. Dropped at 0800 and it was done by 11 AM. I then picked up after work. Quick and reliable service with fair pricing - definitely recommend this garage. I will continue using it while working in NE Philly.

Make an appointment the day prior. Dropped off in the morning and walked over to work. Called me a little before 11 AM and it was done already. Picked up at the end of the day. Fair pricing and I will keep using them for any service I need. Very accommodating and all front office staff are polite. Definitely recommend.

They've always been able to accommodate my state inspections the next day, and get them done way before the end of the business day. Very up front with costs.

Very accomodating staff who keep you informed about the process of repair. They also give courtesy rides to and from the shop if needed. They also have a shop cat!

Definitely the best auto repair experience I've ever had, and I've been driving since 1980! The place is incredibly clean, the staff is wonderful, and the work honest, well done, and well priced. They even provided me with a loaner car while mine was being fixed. Plus, the full supply of snacks and beverages in the nicely appointed waiting room was an added bonus! Thanks to Tom, Ashley, and the rest of the Preferred Automotive crew!
