My review is a five-star rating. I was a first time customer entering their facility for air conditioning repair. They were very professional and courteous. Was more than pleased with the service and their price. I went in and was told $140. something or another. I walked with the final cost of $95. If things go wrong again I know where to go and who to recommend. Thank you.

I got my car inspected at Preferred Auto & it was a good experience. They were very accommodating & I felt they took safety very seriously. We will be taking my husband's van for inspection next week & have no doubt we'll have a good experience again.
