Got an enhanced inspection done here. They have great customer service and absolutely meticulous. Very professional. I was impressed with the work they did on my car as well. Highly recommended.

This was my 1st visit to PREFERRED AUTO. Friendly techs. Owner's wife, Kathy, left her office and very kindly assisted me with a question I had. Will not be my last visit. I do believe I've just found a NEW place for State Inspection and future Auto needs for my 2010 Honda CRV👏🏼👍🏻Glad they're in MY neighborhood!

I called on 01-04-21 to hopefully get an appointment within a week and to my surprise I got one the next day. I arrived at 8am and was out the door by 8:08am. I picked my vehicle up before 12:30pm. That’s what I call gold star customer service. I also saved money with the offered online coupon. Thank you for great customer service!
