AS ALWAYS THE TEAM WAS VERY KIND AND EFFECIANT.

The mechanics I used in the past have retired and closed up shop. I have been to numerous shops in the meantime and have questioned if my car was actually repaired or if there was an issue at all. I googled and googled and found Preferred Auto. The waiting area was nice with complimentary snacks, clean bathroom, and charging ports for you phone. Although it was an auto repair shop I felt like I was at Chik-fila with the treatment I was receiving. It took a little longer than I thought for the repairs to be done so they put me in a rental for the inconvenience. After the repairs were done a few days later there was an issue with one of the repairs and they had me bring the car back in and did the necessary repairs. Overall I was definitely satisfied with the treatment I received and the 100% care of my vehicle. Would I go back........absolutely. Now, this was my experience so my suggestion is to call or email and talk to someone on staff. They provided me with numerous options in case I did not financially have what was necessary for all the repairs but could let me keep driving for an extended period of time before I needed the other repairs. It was also explained to me like the book "how to fix cars for dummies." Most places I would go in for an oil change and they would say, "oh you need an entirely new engine for $10,000 cash or credit" or something else that didnt make any sense.

Well they do what they say they care about your experience. I know this because I went in and I had a tire air pressure light on, when I left it was off. So they must have filled up my tires and not set a thing. I like that.

they always do a great job. I trust them with my car and being fixed correctly. The even pick me up and drop me off.

From the first day The services that I had to get on my 2011 F150 and my 2007 Lincoln Navagator, was Execute it, Professionally, No problem that they can't handle. Expensive But you pay for professional service. It's better than the dealer hands down. 1# in my book. Thank you again preferred automotive. 2001

My 2005 Chrysler 300C was in for state inspection and the tech found that my upper control arms, left & right needed to be replaced. I got a call from Joe Sullivan, service manager who told me of the problem, I told him to replace the control arms. Driving home after the work was done, my car felt so tight, it's funny how you get use to the way your car drives and suddenly it drives the way it should, nice and tight. THANKS AGAIN!!
